LIFE

By life we mean the area of life where you spend most of your time, but it doesn't necessarily have to be in the hall. Are you doing well at work or school? It will most likely have a positive effect on your performance. Do you have a lot of responsibilities, exam period, moved to a new city? Even these factors can affect your performance. Think about which factors you can influence - and focus on those. And learn to react and work with those you cannot influence.

FAMILY

The events that happen in the family and in your immediate surroundings may not be related to floorball, but they can interfere with your performance. Parents and family are the "designers" of your life values, habits and future relationships.

Think about which factors in this area you can influence and focus on them. On the contrary, learn to react adequately to factors that you cannot influence and work with them.

CLUB

The club is an environment where you move less than with your family, or at work and school, but it has a fundamental influence on your sporting values. Management and coaches are the "designers" of the sports environment and sports values in which you spend realistically enough time. If you are a coach, it is crucial to realize that the environment you create will directly affect the sports performance of the players. Whether you are a player or a coach, think about what you can realistically influence and focus on that. Recognize things that are not in your diction and learn to work with them and react to them.

PLAYER

The player is the area for which the player bears maximum responsibility. If we discussed earlier that you cannot influence some factors, they are fully your responsibility in this area.

Fitness - How are you physically?

Lifestyle - Do you care about sleep, diet, regeneration?

Mentality - Do you want to work on yourself? Do you want to improve?

Social skill - Can you work in a team, are you a team player?

Tactics - Do you understand tactics? Do you know how you will play in the lane?

Skill - Are you working on your shot, dribbling, passing?

GAME

In this area, all match-related factors can affect your game. What is your pre-game routine? Will a different surface than the one you are used to decide for you? Are there loud fans in the hall?

Think about which factors in this area you can influence and work on them. Learn to respond adequately to those you cannot influence and work with them.

This map will serve us in the following works for better orientation, to better understand which topic we are talking about.

At the same time, it's important to remember that nothing ends with a match, even though the map may appear that way visually.

The match is followed by everything from the beginning, performance evaluation, feedback, analysis and moving forward.

It is thus a never-ending process of continuous improvement
